I'm very fortunate to be able to travel frequently throughout the world and to share it with someone that tolerates (and enables) my passion for photography.

I took this photo in June 2017, at Schwabacher Landing in Grand Teton National Park. My husband and I had scoped out the location the day before, then got there before sunrise the following morning. We lucked out with an absolute calm water reflection, beautiful light, and interesting clouds in the sky. It was magical. Equipped with a tripod and remote clicker, I captured this not often seen scene, while my husband kept an eye out for wild animals! Of course, I've taken many more photos since then, that I love, but this one will always remain a favorite from my early days of photography.

I love my camera deeply—not just as a tool, but as a constant companion in my journey through life.
It's been with me across continents, capturing moments both grand and intimate, giving me the power to freeze time and tell stories through light and perspective. From quiet alleys in old towns to sweeping mountain vistas, it has helped me see the world more clearly and express the way I feel about it.
